DLT( Distributed Ledger Technology ) and Kegon （華嚴 Huáyán）Thought

　The technology traditionally referred to as blockchain is nowadays called "Distributed Ledger Technology ( DLT )". This is because the essence of DLT is to manage ownership data in a decentralized manner.

　All trading participants in the network have the same ledger, and when a transaction is executed and a change in the ledger is agreed upon, the transaction information is sent to all participants and all ledgers are rewritten. This seems to be the very idea of Huayan（華嚴 ）, that there is a "whole in every individual thing.

　This is also isomorphic to the existential form of "knowledge" and "language. Every Japanese person has knowledge of the Japanese language (or a Japanese dictionary). As new Japanese (like this DLT) and new meanings permeate various parts of society, the Japanese dictionary in the mind of such an individual is revised, just as a distributed ledger is rewritten by new transaction information.

　However, if the "universal" is dispersed and owned by all the "individuals," then I think that the universal can be said to exist together with the individuals.
